Annual Time Off Carryover - Not Eligible for Payout
We are making an update in Workday to better assist employees in managing their annual time off carryover hours. Beginning January 11, 2026, there will be two (2) separate annual time off banks for regular staff, 12-month faculty, and C2 employees:

One Year In Workday: Reflecting on Progress and Collaboration
November 15 marked one year since we went live in Workday Human Capital Management (HR/payroll) and Finance. As we enter our second year in this new system, it’s important to recognize the tremendous effort this transition has required from staff, faculty, and students. This first year has truly been a tremendous effort between all members of our community who are committed to making this system work.
