In our final issue of 2025 we look ahead to 2026, recap some changes that were made to the hire process, and provide information about digital accessibility.

Several improvements have been made in the “Propose Compensation” task. 

The Hire business process has a new consolidated template. The consolidated hire template allows for a user to complete the following tasks during the initiation step of the Hire: Edit Government IDsPropose CompensationChange Organization Assignments 

Celebrating one year in Workday, highlighting the tremendous effort and collaboration between all members of our community.

November 15 marked one year since we went live in Workday Human Capital Management (HR/payroll) and Finance. As we enter our second year in this new system, it’s important to recognize the tremendous effort this transition has required from staff, faculty, and students. This first year has truly been a tremendous effort between all members of our community who are committed to making this system work. Thank you for embracing the challenge and helping shape the future of Workday together.

A new role in Workday called “Guest Reviewer” has been created to provide individuals view-only access to Job Requisitions and the Candidate Grid.
