A new Workday Resource Hub experience is now available through the Employee Service Center. The current Workday Resource Hub app will remain operational until December 2026, when it will be retired. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the new hub and become familiar with its search and navigation features so you’re comfortable using it before the current app is retired.
A More Direct Way to Find Workday Resources
Instead of locating materials in the Workday Resource Hub app and then opening them on a separate site, you can now find and view resources directly in the Employee Service Center.
The new hub lets you browse by category and resource type and use enhanced search tools to locate job aids, workflows, quick start guides and other materials.
What will happen to the original version of the Workday Resource Hub?
The legacy Workday Resource Hub app will remain available until it is retired in December 2026. You can continue using it during this transition period, but we encourage you to begin using the new hub now to become familiar with the experience.
