Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services
On November 15, 2024, the Elevate Program successfully launched Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance for the University of Maryland and its institutional partners at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, University System of Maryland Office, and University of Maryland Shady Grove. As the Elevate Program shifts their focus to their next project — the implementation of Workday Student — ERP Services is the organization tasked with the continual optimization of Workday as we work through the stabilization phase of the platform.
Moving forward, ERP Services will manage Workday and affiliated systems that are inseparable from our Workday platform (i.e., UKG Ready). It is our mission to ensure that Workday is meeting the needs of our users across the University of Maryland and our partners. We continually work towards optimizing our Workday platform by:
- Collaborating with central business units to provide support to our user community.
- Rolling out new improvements and features to our users via Workday Releases.
- Responding to user needs and further improving user experience via Workday Enhancements.
