Now Available: FY26 Salary Details Report

We are pleased to inform you that we have a report available in Workday with a preview of the upcoming automatic FY26 Salary load details for COLA/Merit/Longevity-Retention. Changes to the employee’s HCM compensation record in Workday are scheduled to be uploaded July 15, 2025 following the opening of pay period 2.

Where can you find the FY26 Salary Load Details?

In Workday, the RPT3302 COMPENSATION FY26 Workday Salary Load Details Report will identify a list of eligible employees for FY26 salary increases and will provide a breakdown of each of the salary increase amounts (COLA/Merit/Retention) based on eligibility rules. Please review this report thoroughly as this is the first time we are completing the FY Salary change process in Workday.

Within this report, there is a Salary Load (Y/N) identifier to indicate which employees are planned to load automatically on July 15, as well as which ones are not going to load due to other pending transactions in progress. If you filter on “N”, this will provide a list of employees who will not load automatically unless pending processes are complete by the PPD1 transaction deadline. For those that do not load automatically, these will need to be reviewed and may need a manual 7/1 salary change after the pending transaction is completed.  Manual salary changes effective July 1, 2025 should not be entered until pay period 2 between July 16-22.

Other Important Notes

  • This report is available to HR Analysts, HR Partners, HR Divisional Partners
  • This report will be refreshed again on July 15, 2025 when we perform the actual load to the employee’s records in Workday.

Additionally, to view your current pending actions, you may run RPT1320 HCM CORE Pending Hire, Job Change, and Termination Transactions report. Completing these actions prior to the pay period 1 transaction deadline will assist with the automatic load process by eliminating the need for a manual salary change.

If you have any questions with this report, please submit a support case to Workday HCM
