Workday Spring 2026 Release (2026R1)

The first Workday Release of 2026 went live on March 14, 2026!

As a part of the release process, the ERP Services team tests the system to make sure everything works as expected, identifies any resource materials that might need updating, and informs our users of any changes that impact them.

Often, the updates are behind-the-scenes and impact mainly central and ERP staff, but sometimes there are updates that impact all users.

Some of the notable changes in this release include:

• Login Page: The main login page has a slightly new look and feel.
• Purchase Order Line Linking: There are updates to enhance the user experience for purchase order line linking for AP Data Entry Specialists and AP Managers.
  • View the updated job aid: Navigate Supplier Invoice Workbench and Work Area
• User Experience on Mobile for Time Tracking: You can now submit multiple time off entries for the same date as one request on mobile.
• Supplier Contact Information on Supplier Preview: Workday now shows supplier contact information in the supplier preview, reducing clicks to get needed information.
• Unselect Invoices in Customer Payment Application: In the customer invoice grid, users can now select or deselect multiple invoices at a time.
