Updated Job Aid: Termination
We have recently made an update to the Terminate Employee Job Aid to reflect that the Pay Through Date field should be the same as the Termination Effective date.
When processing an employee termination, the effective date works with the pay through date. In order to complete the termination and associated processes separating the worker from employment with the institution, the Pay Through Date and the Termination Effective day must be the same date.
With this in mind, we have updated the Terminate Employee Job Aid Job Aid to reflect that the Pay Through Date field should be the same as the Termination Effective date.
