University Human Resources has confirmed the issue involving a mass advancement within the PRD process in Workday has been resolved. At this time, everyone is currently at the Second-level Manager Review and Approval stage or a following step based on where they were prior to the mass advance.
PRD Timeline:
- March 1 – March 15: Self Evaluations
- March 16 – April 15: Manager Evaluations
- April 16 – April 20: Second-Level Manager Review & Approval
- April 21 – April 25: Manager Acknowledgement
- April 26 – April 30 (final day): Employee Acknowledgement Deadline
Actions on performance review tasks may resume. All those participating in the PRD Process should review tasks in their Workday inbox and take appropriate action. As a reminder, second-level managers have until the end of day on Monday, April 20th to review and approve, or send-back the manager evaluation if revisions need to be made.
