New Recruiting Role
A new role in Workday called “Guest Reviewer” has been created to provide individuals view-only access to Job Requisitions and the Candidate Grid.
This role can be selected as an “assignable role” during the creation of a Job Requisition. The role should be considered when a search is using a hiring panel and individuals need access to the Job Requisition and Candidate Grid.
Please note that a “Guest Reviewer” is a view-only role, so this role can only see the Job Requisition and Candidates, but cannot take action with moving candidates or editing a Job Requisition.
