PRD Expectation Setting Now Open in Workday
The Performance Review and Development (PRD) process for 2026-2027 is now live in Workday. PRD Eligible Employees are exempt and non-exempt staff regular and staff contractual (C2).
Expectation Settings opened on Monday, May 11, and must be completed by Tuesday, June 30.
During the Expectation Setting step, supervisors and employees should meet to discuss and document the priority duties, define the most important aspects of the employee’s job, and determine what level of performance would meet or exceed expectations.
