New! Updated Access to P-Card Transaction Reports
To enhance visibility into P-Card transactions activity, we have granted more security roles view-only access to credit card transactions.
New Job Profiles Added
Per campus feedback, we have created new Trainee Job Profiles to better meet department hiring needs. These trainee job profiles are used for hiring students who are not currently registered at UMCP or UMES—these could be students registered at other Maryland institutions or high school students, who therefore do not have student profiles in Workday.
Process Change for International Employees
We have made updates to the international hire process in Workday to reduce errors and improve user experience.
Reminder: Important Changes to Workday Accident Time Off/Pay
